The Fall Cycling Classic. The European Spring Classics aren t famous for scenery; they’re famous for suffering. This fall, we’re bringing that same raw intensity to the Midwest.
The focus will not be on the beautiful backdrops of the golden farm fields and changing leaves. The pristine, tree-lined farm roads a distant memory. This ride is about the UNROAD—those forgotten sectors of broken pavement, grinding gravel, and raw dirt.
The sectors will be announced, rated, and the fastest over some of the sectors will earn preme prizes from local businesses. Richmond IL is positioned at the crossroads of Chicago and Madison, Milwaukee and Rockford. It shares the famous endless fields of grain of Illinois and the slightly rolling cow pastures of southern Wisconsin.

The 50km (31mi) Taster – If you want to see what it s all about, this is your ride. With your registration we will make a donation to the repair of the old wooden George Street Bridge. It is the final remaining wooden car/pedestrian bridge over what once was the Fox Valley
